West Coast Care is a small independently run NDIS registered provider in the suburbs of Perth providing services to the community. Our company has been founded by a Registered Nurse who has 25+ years in the nursing profession predominantly in aged care and an ex-police officer. Together we have formed West Coast Care to provide a high-quality, reliable service that you can rely on.

We offer supported independent living in Perth to assist you to maintain your independence and participate in the community. With 24/7 support we can help you access social groups, go shopping, community integration, social integration, have coffee with friends or even help you go on holiday! We want to help you regain your independence in the community.
