At WCC, we’re here to help you feel right at home and truly part of your community. Through our Supported Independent Living (SIL), we provide friendly, day-to-day support that helps you grow your independence, feel confident, and reach your goals in a way that suits you. We also offer community support to help you build connections, discover new interests, and enjoy the things you love—because living well means living fully. We also provide Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, and Nursing Services—offering expert guidance, emotional support, and quality healthcare to meet your needs every step of the way.
At WCC, we deeply understand the comfort and stability that comes from seeing familiar faces each day. Routine and trust are especially important when navigating daily challenges. While we make every effort to keep your support team consistent, there may be occasional changes due to staff availability, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.
Rest assured, when changes are necessary, we always aim to maintain continuity and ensure any transitions are handled with care and clear communication.
Each NDIS participant is assessed and awarded funding tailored to their goals and needs. This funding can be used to access supports such as daily living assistance, community participation, and clinical care.
