We understand that the NDIS does not always fund every aspect needed to keep both disability‑related and general health needs well managed. Because of this, we invest in ensuring our team can deliver both high‑intensity and high‑standard supports with no extra or out‑of‑pocket cost to you.

We train our staff based on your individual needs. If you require diabetes support, subcutaneous injections, regular blood pressure monitoring, or other health‑related tasks, we ensure your usual support workers are trained and competent. Our goal is to provide safe, consistent support that aligns with your preferences and clinical requirements.

We also recognise that many everyday health tasks are not classified as high‑intensity and do not require a nurse every time. That’s why we ensure your regular support workers are confident and capable in managing these tasks, helping you stay well, independent, and supported in your daily routine.

 High Intensity Daily Personal Activities includes (but is not limited to) 

 Complex bowel care, Enteral feeding and management, Tracheostomy Management, Urinary catheter management, Subcutaneous injections, Complex wound management, Severe dysphagia management. 

 West Coast Care Pty Ltd is also approved for: 

Supporting participants with day-to-day management of medication, Disposal of waste, infectious or hazardous substances, Implementation of restrictive practices with participants we support, we can also assist with completion of continence assessments for adults.
