Behind every service we offer is a dedicated team of skilled and caring individuals. At West Coast Care, our staff are more than support workers they’re trusted companions, passionate about helping you achieve your goals with dignity, respect, and genuine understanding.
Hi! After diverse and rewarding careers in the Military, Police, and Franchising, Helen and I founded West Coast Care with a shared vision of providing exceptional support to others.
My role focuses on sourcing and maintaining the properties and infrastructure that allow our team to deliver the high-quality services we’re known for.
Reliability and excellence are at the heart of what I do—I’m committed to ensuring that everything we offer is built on a strong foundation and meets the highest standards for our clients and partners.
Hi! I trained as a nurse in Lincolnshire in the UK and later transferred to Bath to continue my studies. Nursing was never a choice—it was simply who I was meant to be, and helping others has always been at the heart of everything I do.
Over the years, I’ve worked across a wide range of areas, including orthopaedics, palliative care, surgical and medical wards, dementia care, and aged care—bringing compassion and dedication to each role.
West Coast Care was born out of a personal need: some of our loved ones required support, and we realised how challenging it was to find reliable, high-quality care. That experience inspired us to create a service where everyone is treated with the dignity and excellence they deserve.
Hi there! I’m a Registered Nurse, proud to have graduated in 2016. Since then, I’ve been deeply committed to making a positive impact in people’s lives—bringing compassion, care, and a warm presence to those who need it most.
At West Coast Care, I take on a hands-on role in creating care plans, managing medications, and making sure every aspect of care is current and tailored to each resident’s needs. I also spend time visiting our homes to connect with support staff, ensure everything’s running smoothly, and build meaningful relationships with the incredible individuals we support.
Outside of work, I’m all about exploring new restaurants, sharing laughs with family and friends, and soaking up cuddles from my adorable mini dachshund, Frankie.
Hi! I’ve spent many years working across hospitals, aged care, and the disability sector—bringing hands-on experience and heartfelt care to every role I’ve taken on.
I’m originally from Carnarvon, a small country town where I grew up on a plantation surrounded by animals and the simple joys of horse-riding and rural life. That upbringing sparked my lifelong love of animals and the outdoors.
In my current role as Office Manager at West Coast Care, I oversee HR, manage rostering, and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. It’s a dynamic role that lets me support both our staff and the individuals we care for behind the scenes.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me enjoying well-earned holidays, catching up on sleep, or relaxing in the company of furry friends.
Hi! I began my journey in healthcare as an Enrolled Nurse and recently celebrated the milestone of completing my Registered Nurse degree. Helping people live life to the fullest has always been my motivation, and I’m passionate about delivering the highest quality care possible.
At West Coast Care, I take on a dynamic role as Client Services Manager—wearing many hats to ensure our clients receive the support they need and our services run smoothly from behind the scenes.
When I’m not in the office, I’m usually out with my family or dogs, exploring hikes, beaches, or any activity that makes the most of our beautiful weekends. I also enjoy discovering great coffee spots or savouring a good meal while soaking up the WA coastline.
Hi! I’m Natalie Vitte, and I bring over 15 years of experience in administration and finance, along with a strong focus on strategic planning and organisational management. I’ve spent my career helping businesses grow and thrive by building efficient systems and supporting informed decision-making with a detail-oriented and results-driven approach.
I’m passionate about creating structure that empowers people and processes to work seamlessly together. At work, I love bringing clarity to the numbers—and behind the scenes, helping build financial stability that supports long-term success.
Outside the office, you’ll often find me camping and exploring the beautiful and diverse landscapes of Western Australia.
Hi, I’m Ainsley.
My journey in the care sector began nearly 15 years ago as a support worker. Since then, I’ve grown through a range of roles—Facilitator, Coordinator, Team Leader, Specialist Support Coordinator, and now Service Manager. Each step has been driven by a deep commitment to improving the quality of care and building meaningful relationships with the people and providers who make it all possible.
I joined West Coast Care after connecting with Helen and her team during collaborative meetings around a participant I was supporting. Our shared values and person-centred ethos made the transition feel natural and aligned. I am proud to lead our service delivery with a hands-on approach. Working closely with participants, families, and stakeholders to ensure every journey is supported with compassion, clarity, and care.
I’m passionate about empowering our team to bring their best selves to work. Creativity, collaboration, and a good laugh (once the serious stuff is done!) are part of what makes our culture strong. I genuinely cherish the time I spend with our participants and staff-it’s what keeps me grounded and inspired.
Outside of work, you’ll find me soaking up time with my partner, our son, and our fur babies, Brandy and Angus. I love being outdoors and doing anything horse related!
At West Coast Care, we’re more than just a service provider – we’re a team dedicated to making a real difference.
