West Coast Care is a small, independently run business founded by a Registered Nurse and ex-police officer. The team at West Coast Care strives to provide a high-quality service that you can rely on. We carefully select our staff to ensure they meet our high standards. All staff are required to have a current police check and qualifications relevant to their position. On-going training is provided to all our staff to ensure they are kept up to date with current, evidence-based practices.
We are always on the lookout for new members to join our team of passionate, caring, enthusiastic staff to help us provide a high-quality service for our clients. Our main recruitment is for people to join our incredible team of Community Support Workers (preferably with a Certificate III Individual Support).
