West Coast Care was created by a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of clinical and management experience, in which she recognised the need for and importance of a clinical based approach for some individuals living in the community. Knowing that not everyone is the same and as humans we are individuals with very individual needs West Coast Care was born to provide assistance to all.
West Coast Care was created to deliver the ultimate community-based support with clinical input and oversight to ensure that everyone is holistically cared for. Because of this, we provide nursing services in the community, both NDIS and privately funded to meet your needs.
