West Coast Care is a Registered provider of NDIS services to provide support to people in the community. At all times the West Coast Care team will respect your privacy and dignity.

Every individual person living with a disability has different needs, your NDIS funding is there to provide you with the supports you need for your disability and to help you work towards your goals. The funding is provided by the NDIS, based on an assessment on what is ‘reasonable’ and necessary’ to pursue your goals in addition to the support provided by family, friends, and other community and government services.
We want to assist you in maintaining your independence and participating in the Community. We can help you get out and about to social groups, shopping, visiting the cinema, sports centre, or library, having coffee with friends or even to go on holiday! Let us help you regain your independence in the community.
Support workers are on hand to assist or supervise with your personal care needs whilst maintaining your dignity and privacy. This can include washing/showering, assistance with continence care, dressing and grooming, and medication assistance /prompts.
If you are needing a little more support, we can arrange for a carer to stay overnight to give you reassurance and assistance where required.
We can help with household tasks by assisting/performing essential house cleaning activities such as light housekeeping including general tidying up, vacuuming and cleaning, laundry, simple meal preparation, un-escorted shopping for you. And of course, not forgetting the great outdoors – we can even help with mowing grass, weeding, and general tidying of garden areas.
The types of supports that the NDIS may fund for participants include:
- daily personal activities
- transport to enable participation in community, social, economic and daily life activities
- workplace help to allow a participant to successfully get or keep employment in the open or supported labour market
- therapeutic supports including behaviour support
- help with household tasks to allow the participant to maintain their home environment
Need help getting somewhere?
We can help with that too! We can assist with planning a route on public transport or take you in a standard car. If needed, we will assist in getting adapted vehicles to get you to your appointment/occasion on time and arrange for an escort to be with you.
